The Honourable Eneas Emvula requests an investigation and moratorium.

The call for an investigation comes after years of controversy surrounding the oil driller including allegations of human rights violations by the University of Toronto’s International Human Rights Program detailed in a 187 page complaint to Canada’s CORE Ombudsperson.
